From Russ: "Here's what I suspect is a private purchase design using a LG Balfour hallmarked badge for the base and detailed twin riveted gilt radial engine for the centerpiece. Because of the detailed engine but no reference to a four bladed propeller, this may very well be a civilian Tech-Rep badge for an engine contract company, rather than a Flight Engineer crewman?"

This is a Gemsco pattern wing but it is unmarked by them. This is the proper engine/prop device for a Gemsco wing.
