New information from Gerard Afman on 2/24/2010, if anyone has any further information on this badge please let me know. "The newly added Dutch East Indies AF Radio Operator wing is a 1st type postwar issue according to me. I think they are not Dutch East Indies but just Netherlands. This is my own guess while I have seen them in insignia books of the RNLAF.

The RNLAF only exists since 1953 under its present name, before it made part of the Ground forces and was not called Airforce. Therefore they are very unlikely to be WW2. When I am wrong I can get you some pictures of the other wings too but I am pretty sure about it."
