This wing belonged to Cesarec 'Vlado' Radoslav. It was awarded in 1928. I have attached photos below of the original certificate of graduation with the same number as the badge.

The 'B' series badges were issued by the government in exile of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia based in London. Many were issued to foreign forces including Americans. I am not sure which company made them.

There are a series of Royal Kingdom of Yugoslavia badges issued with a "B" serial number. They are in fact the issue of the Yugoslavian government in exile in Britain. The B was added to denote their issue as such. The little certificate that issues the badge to Secretary of the Air Staff (USAAF) Colonel Millard A. Libby documents his badge number 94B. The certificate is printed with London as the address but in pen is added 1 Jan 1944 Cairo. Cairo was the first destination where the government landed after leaving Yugoslavia. There are other certificates that are printed with "Cairo" vs. "London."

This could be an Egyptian made badge (sand cast) for one of the Royal Yugoslavian Air Force pilots who escaped after the Nazi's invaded Yugoslavia and flew with the RAF.
