General flight breast wings early type (all personnel with exception of generals wore these). There were 2 sizes: ~ 54/56mm and 32mm (for breast and cap). These are known to exist in 2 distinctive types: early issues with fine feathering and late with course feathering. Also there was gilt and just silver version but details pertaining to this are not known. All were stamped in thin metal; occasionally examples with red enamels instead of regular lacquer paint are seen. Fastener in form of 2 bending prongs (often broke-off).
